Kazy

Kazy (Kasachisch: қазы), auch kazi genannt, ist eine Fleischspezialität aus Pferdefleisch, die in Kasachstan und Usbekistan, sowie bei anderen Völkern Zentralasiens wie den Kirgisen und Tataren, beliebt ist. Die wurstähnliche Spezialität wird aus dem Rippenfleisch geschlachteter Pferde hergestellt.
