Sai ua (Thai: ไส้อั่ว) ist eine sehr würzige und mitunter sehr scharfe Bratwurst aus dem Norden Thailands. Sai ua wird vor allem in der nord-thailändischen Stadt Chiang Mai auf Starßenmärkten verkauft. Ihren Namen hat die Wurst von den beiden Thau-Ausdrücken sai (Darm oder Eingeweide) und ua (stopfen). Bei der Sai ua handelt es sich also wörtlich übersetzt um einen gestopften Darm.
