Češnovka

Češnovka ist eine würzig-pikante Schweinswurst aus Kroatien mit einem deutlichen aber harmonischen Knoblauchgeschmack. Češnovka wird im Turopolje, einer Region in Mittelkroation zwischen den Städten Zagreb, Sisak und Karlovac, hergestellt. Das Fleisch für die Češnovka stammt tarditionell vom Turopolje-Schwein, einer Schweinerassa aus dem Turopolje, die bereits im Jahr 1352 das erste Mal schriftlich erwähnt wurde und das heute vom Aussterben bedroht ist.

Appenzeller Siedwurst

Appenzeller Siedwurst (Saucisse à bouillir d’Appenzell) ist eine feine, helle Brühwurst aus Rindfleisch, Kalbfleisch und Schweinespeck aus Appenzell, genauer gesagt aus den beiden Halbkantonen Appenzell Innerrhoden und Ausserrhoden und aus dem St. Gallischen. Appenzeller Siedwurst wird roh, pasteurisiert oder gebrüht angeboten.
